I am pursuing my first deal, I am thinking of doing a BRRRR but want to know what other ways I could finance the deal other than a conventional loan. What are some types of loans that can be used for buy and holds? Thank you for your feedback guys!

I have a friend who's a seasoned investor and can really help me expand my business, how can I ask him to be my mentor, or what should I do?

Hey guys, My best friends dad is an old time investor with a lot of knowledge and experience. I really never realized how much he could help me until recently that my friend stated telling me to talk to him. Ever since I did my whole outlook changed and realized he is the perfect mentor I need, so how can I go to him and tell him that I want him to mentor me/work with me. I have so many ideas that will help him and although barely any experience or money, I have a lot to offer, time, commitment, ideas for expansion, etc. Can you please help me out with this, i don't want to mess it up, this can be HUGE for me and my career. Thank you all very much!!

I need to start building systems in various parts of my business, what area should I focus on first, and how can I build a system to work on that? anything you guys say is very valuable, I am trying to expand my business, but have no idea how to build a functioning system.

Hey guys, so my mind has been going all over the place lately trying to figure out what is the best strategy for me to start investing. I've been researching commercial and it looks very appealing, should I start taking it more serious actually educate myself in the field, or should I stay with residential?

He sent over a full CMA of the area. It has every property sold that roughly matches the subject property. Ive fact checked with the properties on Zillow and it has them plus more. I think it's a strong start.

Hello, I am in the process of analyzing a very strong deal, i am not working with an agent, but the house is listed on the MLS. I asked the sellers agent if he could get me the comps on the property since I don't have access to it. Am i right for trusting him, or how can I pull them myself?? Thanks for the help!
