 so with the conventional would I have to live in the home as well ? so It looks like if you go with Fha lower down payment higher montly payment and pay off, conventional higher down payment low monthly payment and pay off

I want to start buying investment property possibly 4unit or duplex. which would be the best route to take Fha, or Conventional? I have good credit between 700-750 and 10k  for down payment. just need some good advice on which route to take from my bigger pockets family. ( columbus ohio)
