@Dar Rose I think we will too! Experiance i think is the best teacher too. just yesturday i was talking to the local real estate agents who work with primarily investors and when i explained how the entire wholesaling proccess was suppost to work i was straight up told that that is illegal lol

So from there i found a post on reiclub.com title How wholesaling can be illegal and it help me put what they were saying at the office into perspective.

But of course I will need to find my next power team member(s) my real estate attorneys to get to the bottom of North Carolinas wonderful laws hahaha

Hi guys! I'm Dar Rose from Houston Tx. I am a real estate virgin and I'm excited about doing my first deal. I have found a few properties before my kids got out of school but have not had time to pursue them. The kiddos start school Monday so I'm ready to get crackalacking! Lol!

I want to start by wholesaling just to get my feet wet, establish relationships and build capital and eventually buy and hold. I would love to connect with people from Houston, well heck people from anywhere so that we can pick each others brains and possibly make some money together.
