@Mike Paolucci what part of Cincy do you recommend? I'm originally from Ohio and hear Columbus is getting a bit too expensive, but conversely hear that deals in Cincy are still possible.

Thank you for sharing, Liam. With my first property, I have a property management company handle everything there so this research is new to me. I was looking into Baselane today but wanted to get peoples' thoughts on what they prefer/have the most success with.

Does anyone have any recommendations for how to collect monthly rent payments digitally into an established account? I've found most people have moved from sending checks via mail. Thanks!

Hi All,

I am looking for areas of Philly (Philadelphia county specifically) that are up and coming for a great rental. I've been looking in Kensington and Fairmount but wanted to see where other Philly investors are looking for their next opportunity as well. Thanks in advance.

Best,

Randy

@Precious Luster I am also looking to investing in Tampa soon. Definitely will be watching this thread.

This is very helpful! Thank you!

Hey guys,

I am new to real estate and looking to jumping in in the upcoming months. Wanted to know what thoughts are on buying a new construction as a first-time purchase or if it’s recommended to purchase a home that is currently privately owned.
