I attended her event in San Antonio. I wanted to learn about mobile homes and parks, but it came off as a big hype session with lots of people from the same funnel marketing company. She played the Jesus card up big time. So did Trofimoff. I never trust people that lead with any type of religion.

I hosted a space about 8 years ago. I also have traveled several times via Airbnb. It is review based a little like EBay, so they want transparency and to protect both parties. Once you express interest or you book a room you should be able to easily converse via message over their platform. Truth be told I have communicated several times with potential renters outside of their platform as I am easy to find through other means and I wouldn't rent without actually talking with the renter without a phone conversation first. I had good luck with it.
