Hello! I am looking to begin my first fix/flip single family home project. Does anyone know of any good real estate agents in the South Altanta area who have experience with fix/flips? I found an agent but they wanted me to sign an exclusive agreement for one year and I prefer to have more flexibility worst case scenario. Thanks.
