@Paul Timmins thanks for the  response the only thing I've done so far is try the direct mail method from a list I got from listsource  but I haven't gotten a good response rate so far maybe it's the criteria of homes I'm looking for is the problem but I'm unsure what type of homes cash buyers are looking for because it's different from northern Virginia compared to south Virginia and you are right BP has a lot of useful information that can help me succeed and I have read a lot but it's got to be something that I'm doing wrong  so I'm just trying to reach out to anyone with some experience that can help me in any way possible

Hey guys im a newbie wholesaler located in northern virginia haven't really had any luck out here in this area so i decided to take my talents to south va lol im just trying to reach out  and look for some guidance from someone who has has more experience in wholesaling  just seems like i'm having trouble landing my first deal any help is greatly appreciated
