Hi BP members. I am looking for connections in various counties in Florida (Orange, Seminole, Hernando, Titusville, and Bay counties at the moment)-mortgage brokers, inspectors, title companies, contractors-any help is so appreciated!

Thanks,

Kim

@Warren Rosanoff

Hi there. We had been looking in Middletown, NY but upon learning about the ordinance we stopped. Nice to see someone from our area who is active!

@Wesley Merville

Hi. Where in NJ was that meeting? We are in Orange County, NY and have only found one REIA group in our area. If that Jersey location isn't too far, we would be interested in checking it out.

I think Brandon Turner talked about that strategy in a podcast that I recently listened to (it might be an old podcast, as I am obsessed and listen to them constantly!) Maybe someone else knows which episode I am referring to?

Best of luck to you!

Thanks Jeremy. In NY so many people set up their businesses (not just real estate) in other states as NY is so expensive. Maybe I need to more actively look to purchase outside of NY State and then I can avoid the expense.
