Hey @Elliot Mould ! Jacksonville, Fl is a great market to be in and the city is only growing. I've lived here my whole life and I'm a local agent in the area so I'd love to help if you're interested.

Hi @Niv Nissim , I sell distressed properties all over the Jacksonville area and would love to connect if you're interested!

Hi! My name is Kimberly and I'm just starting out in the real estate industry. I graduated from FSU this past spring and have started a job at an investment brokerage in Jacksonville, Fl. What are the best ways to make real connections with investors? I've tried Facebook, Connected Investors, and cold calling but I've found it's difficult to find legitimate buyers or for people to pick up the phone. Does anyone have any advice or have connections they'd be willing to share?
