@Christopher Hildebrand

We have attended and subscribed to his services. Tyler is a wealth of knowledge and cares about his students. He has built a remarkable team and they are all dedicated to your success. Tyler keeps it real, is extremely motivating and I couldn’t sing his praises enough.

If you go, you will not be disappointed.

If you subscribe, you will not be another number, you become family.

@Chris Jeffries

Oh I see. The listing agent says that one of the renters still has 3 years on their lease.

@Keith Thomas I keep running into road block after road block. But I shall keep pushing forward. Maybe I should talk to a different realtor and see if he comes up with the same ARV. And maybe try to flip it??

@Chris Jeffries where can I find more info on a master lease option?? And is flipping a multi family doable?? He does have renters in the units. We would have to be able to go work in the basement while tenants are living there...

@Katie Miller

I would love to get more than 40 doors in the first 2 years! That way maybe I can make it on a podcast like Mr. Washington!

Honestly my why is always my family! My husband and 5 children! But beyond even us, my why is to inspire! To encourage! I come for a small town on an Indian reservation and want to let them know equal opportunity is alive!

My steps are that I have become addicting to reading BP Forums! Attending every webinar! I became a Pro member to take every advantage of any perks possible! Starting to network which has become extremely hard after being a homemaker for 10 years!

Happy New Year!!!

Praying 2020 is successful and prosperous for us all!

Hello lenders!

If someone was apply for funding. You want to determine the percentage, points and amount you you are willing to lend.

What proof of investment history do you need? What do you like to see to make you comfortable loaning to someone? Besides a good deal?
