Yes I explained what my plans were. Which is to provide a nice furnished location for travel professionals. Lease Agreement doesn't state anything about subleasing. Leasing agent didn't say no to my business proposal.  So do I send the corporate addenum with the application or after the approval?

Hello everyone, I found a great location for my midterm rental. Nothing in the lease has anything about subleasing ir listing in airbnb websites or etc. I know I need to add an addendum about hosting to midterm travelers. Can someone point me in the right direction on where I can get the form to add an addendum into my lease about what I'm using the corporate unit for.

Thanks for the reply. Yes wanted to test the STR out. I have rental property I paid cash for in 2008 thats a long term. I have 2 faithful tenants in it and Arkansas is not really any action there to use for travel professionals. More of a retirement state. I will just look into an off market property and fix it up.

You're right or just pull out a HELOC from my first property for a down payment. Was wanting to try something new. Thanks for your reply.

Thanks John, listening to some podcast and I think that's the better route to take. Thanks for your reply.

Why not? If the property is sitting 40 plus more days the landlord is losing money. So why let it sit and sit in the hands of a property management group or Realtor that's trying to get a benefit from it, when there is someone willing to take up the lease on and make a profit. Everyone is profiting.

Hello, I've been searching for rental properties on zillow and Facebook marketplace for months now for decent properties with landlords willing to rent their property out and have been getting nothing but quick No from Realtors, and PMG's. How are you inquiring for your STR's? Do you do it on your own or do you have anyone search for you and you pay finder fee. I see people having numerous STRs but I can't get 1 so something I'm not understanding.

Stay away from property management groups its a waste of money to market your property. I don't think they have the best interest of the Landlord. I'm in the process of looking for a property for a STR and property management groups and Realtors make it so hard for people interested in the property. That's why properties are sitting. I seen a property sitting for 45 days on zillow. Do you think the property management group even asked the landlord are they willing to STR? Good credit, good job history of 14yrs with the government. Post on FB Market place. What area is your rental? I'm searching Houston and San Antonio area.

Hello everyone, if this is not the right area for this please guide me in the right direction if possible. I am looking for a rental property in the San Antonio area 2-3 bedroom. Good credit score, and solid job history. I'm a landlord also so I know how important it is to pay rent on time and to keep up with the property. Or if you know anyone with property available. Let me know, thanks!
