Hi Steve, When buying a property with seller financing, you can use a regular purchase and sales agreement.  Just put the terms of the financing In the special stipulations section, and have your attorney or title company write up the note. Good luck!

Never do a LO when the seller is in distress.  Get the deed.

Try offering over the asking price with 100 percent seller financing.  Banks are a total drag.

You don't need a bank if the seller is willing to sell with 100 percent financing.

just type up what you agree to, both sign, and email it to the title company.  They can write it all up for you.

James, I'll take as many as you can bring me as long as I can get them subject to their existing mortgages!
