Wow! We haven't ever had to cancel the booking, but this is still crazy. We are already not super fond of VRBO because of the way the have us manage rentals from property managers. They are very hands off and their insurance is very subpar compared to Airbnb.

I may be biased, but Indianapolis, IN is a great place to start, especially for STRs! There are few growing neighborhoods in the area that are doing well in the STR space, and a few untapped markets that we predict could do well. I would love to have a conversation with you about it!

Hi Keagan! This sounds awesome, looks like the numbers are working for you! Congrats on that. Nashville, IN is known to have rental restrictions on STRs in the area, so I would double check the regulations. Best of luck, it seems like a good deal!

Hi Marcus! We manage around 60 rentals in Indianapolis, IN and we use Guesty. We love it and don't have many issues, if any! It is seamless in its integration. Highly recommend it, but it does have a big onboarding fee if you're managing multiple properties.

This is awesome, Ahmed! I do the same in the Indianapolis market, where my fiancé and I manage 60+ rentals, primarily STRs. Good luck to you and your business! :)

Hi Melvy! Great question. Congrats on all of your success in the real estate industry! It really depends on what your end goal is. You said you wanted to focus on real estate, but what facet of real estate? If it's investing, there are other ways to get involved in the real estate industry. I love being an agent and I work only with investors. I would do research about the process of getting licensed in your state and what costs are entailed, then see how you feel! Really, any facet of real estate has its perks, it's just what you feel interested in and what your end goal is! I hope this helps. :)
