Thanks Nick but I’m trying  to get a rough estimate to see if  the deal will work it. Ex: btw 50k-100k , 100k-150k 150-k plus.

Can someone help me with an estimate of cost of rehab for a 1700 sqft  Duplex in Cincinnati that needs to be demoed to the studs,hvac,roof,electric finishing each floor. There might need  some plumbing done. House has been vacant for years. Looking to do a mid end job. Great for a rental but not single family home nice.
