@Andrew Merritt Sure! I invest in US & UK. That's how you do it in the US. In UK is a similar format but different terminology and documentation. A good podcast for this (being US format) is actually on BP. Check out podcast #227.

@Andrew Merritt (1) Find a Securities Attorney. (2) You’ll need the following documents in place: (i) PPM (ii) Operating Agreement (iii) Subscription Agreement (iv) Investor qualifier Form (v) Receiving distributions. Good luck! M.
