Hello all,

I am wondering what a reasonable fee is for managing a deal for other investors.  I am interested in buying a property to hold and rent out.  So let's say I get a single investor who pays cash for a property.  But I find the property, do all the legwork, manage the entire process. They just write a check and wait for a return.  Once the property is rented, I simply cut two checks each month, one for his/her share and one for me. So what percentage would be reasonable to keep myself?

Does anyone know a good website or tool for tenants to submit repair requests?  It needs to be fairly cheap as I only have 3 units.  Thanks for any info.

I have used Docusign for over a year now and love it. It makes it easier for everybody involved. I even had a 70 yr old client logon and sign electronically recently.

What is that time limit and where did you find that info? I have been looking for it.

I highly recommend going with Wordpress. It's easy to get started and there a lot of prebuilt themes you can use to get up and running quickly.

Do you have to do anything special to make your signature appear. I have set mine in the preferences but I can't see it at the bottom of my posts.
