@Jerryll Noorden Thanks for the heads up man it is much appreciated. Please don't miss understand me I said that what they were saying makes sense, meaning that I can comprehend it and I understand it however I didn't say that I agree with them. I didn't say that I'm stopping Wholesaling... Noooo!!! I know it looks like it but trust me that's not the case. What I simply meant by that is that I'm taking into consideration what they are saying since its a perspective I haven't thought of yet. Yes you are right the question was "How to..." not "What is your opinion on..." I should have noted that, so thanks for coming to my rescue... You are the only one that actually answered what I was asking so I applaud you for that. Now I'm DEFINATELY gonna put your guidelines to the test and put them to some good use, thanks a lot for your help man, this is what I was looking for.

I'm new in this Real Estate scene and I would like some advice on how to start out. I have read enough about RE Wholesaling to keep me interested in it but the problem me for right now is finding a practical and step-by-step way of starting in this. So can someone please lend me a hand.
