Thank you all for your help! Well, the tenant vacated which is a huge relief! However, they broke every window in the house. Hey, I guess it comes with the territory. At least I inherited the tenant and did not pick them myself. The bright side is I now know some of the signs of a terrible tenant.

I have a tenant in Mississippi who is refusing to pay rent because it took 2 weeks for a broken exterior door(a small chip at the very top of the glass on the door) to be replaced due to contractor delays. I contacted every reputable contractor and handyman in town to get the door replaced as fast as possible and 2 weeks was the earliest I could get it done. I sent out the notice to quit and the 3 days is now over and tenant stated that she is moving but she doesn't have a date she is leaving. Do I still file for eviction?

Post: Can VA Loans extend to children

Hi Patrick,

The VA loan cannot be transferred to a child, unlike the GI bill. Now your Dad could do a subject to and transfer it over to you but other than that the VA will not allow a parent to give the VA benefit to their child. I wish it could because I would transfer it to my child if I had kids. I live down in Gulfport and I'm going to be at Tombigbee this weekend lol how random.
