i just put a property under contract in the Fairburn,Ga. It's a large shell which I'd like to make into a multi family. I'm looking for referrals for good GC in the area. I've done other projects but nothing of this scale, so a real professional and skilled GC is a must. Thanks.

For those of you who are more experienced or if there any appraisers out there, what do you do when you a property doesn't really have any comps? When search for a listing, I usually use the recently sold feature for realtor.com or redfin. However, I've come across an multi-unit property that doesn't have comps which makes it difficult to project my ARV. Any suggestions, thoughts or ideas? Thanks.

Hi guys, thanks for the feedback. I decided to try a smaller local private lender.  I'm working on a deal right now. Hopefully it goes well.  @Ryan Herting, it was a struggle to find someone who would lend as low as 50K and that is the primary feature I was looking for.  

Hey Everyone, I'm new to investing. My partner and I have completed a few projects so far.  Our biggest challenge is finding funding for Buy & Holds or Fix & Flips. We've worked with a hard money lender for a few deals but with a minimum loan amount of $75k we've had to pass on few options.  Any suggestions or private lenders out there? Thanks.
