I had spoken with Brian Gibbons who was very kind to provide some really great coaching ideas and insights into this business. I am grateful for his time as he clearly stated that being successful in this business means bringing value to the home seller. I highly recommend that anyone is hitting a bump in the real estate investing road to give Brian a call and seek out his services as he is clearly well thought out and creative in his real estate business strategy. I had promised Brian that I would post immediately after speaking with him but was not able to due to outside forces taking control of my time. Wishing all much success in your real estate pursuits.

I'm guessing you are recharged now after 3 pages of great responses!

At this point, you've come this far and put this much into it because you know the reward is out there for you to find. So you've seen and know too much to turn back now, sorry Ken but you took the red pill (matrix reference!). Adjust course if you have to, re-calculate your route like a gps, but keep working towards your end goal.

When you are feeling defeated, read/watch success stories and believe that if the person in the post or video did it, you can to!

Then think of how many people you will inspire when you tell your story of struggle that finally led to your success, powerful stuff. I look forward to reading your success story!

Michael I am recharged as I needed to know that I am not alone in the struggle for success in this business. I look forward to that day that I can be an inspiration for someone else. Thank you for your words of encouragement. Best-Ken

@John Weidner

I have been looking at 3221 51st in Chicago and others around there.

@Account Closed

Jacob, Thank you!

@Aaron Mazzrillo

Aaron, I am grateful for your candidness. Your posts gives me the desire to go on in this business. Love the quotes. So true!

@Brian Gibbons

Thank you so much for explaining in the audio. Invaluable information. I am grateful you took the time to share all that great information with me. The one area I have been weak is marketing and I really need to get my act together. I like your idea of finding expired listings. I am not a broker so I ask you if there are other ways to find them i.e. redfin? I appreciate the open invitation to ask you questions as any mentoring I can get is gold to me. I certainly will have follow up questions and will spend time listening to your audio over and over again. Thank you very much. Best-Ken

@John Weidner

John, I have been looking on the north and nw side of Chicago and have been frustrated by the lack of deals. My investors love these areas but then again who doesn't. I recently found a 3 flat on the south west side of Chicago and my investors ran for the hills. I am scratching my head as to next steps since these deals are falling through. I recently spoke with an investor and he recommended Milwaukee but truth be told, I hesitate since I don't know much about that area. Thanks-Ken

@Tyler Kimmel

Tyler, I am totally with you on the sleepless nights. What changed for you to find the $100k profit deals and how do you run it from so far away? I ask because I have considered looking into other markets outside of Chicago. Thanks-Ken

@Bryan L.

I really appreciate you sharing that with me as I have been feeling "poor me" about my lack of success. It is extremely helpful to me to hear what struggles others have gone through as it gives me hope. I admire your perseverance. If I could ask, what changed to finally bring you success or what differences did you make to change your course of action? Thank you-Ken
