Thanks Tara!!  I will be sure to make it to that.  Plus, I love Denver Bicycle Cafe!  Is there a Denver group I should join to stay in the loop about these things?

Hi! My name is Kim Gillock and I am very excited to have found this great resource for all things REI! I work in the medical field, which I love, but also looking to have a create a little more financial freedom for myself… hopefully through real estate, which is something I really enjoy in and of itself.

I made my first investment purchase last year after doing (a little, probably not enough) research and things have been going very well.  Was planning on continuing in this buy & hold model, but after listening to some of the podcasts, flipping sounds like a potential way to create capital for more buy & holds.  I'm excited to learn more and network with other like-minded, motivated individuals in the Denver area and Front Range.

Happy REI'ing!

Kim
