Hi! Yes,  I have my fico and also credit karma. My major issue is I have is student loans. I'm current on them now but a lot of late charges. And I do have one item in collection. I tried to dispute it but no results. How good does my credit have to be to revive a good loan.

Hi, I'm new to Bp, and starting to get the feel of the website. It's amazing! I'm looking to purchase a building through financing. My credit score is sort of low between a 594 and a 603. I've been trying to work on my credit for a while now but it's still pretty low. But I'm ready to buy now! Do anyone have any suggestions
