Maria C Quimpo how are the referred contractors working out for? I’m not exactly at the point to where I need them as soon as possible. I just thought it would be good to start looking now building my team.

@Rob L. So I have someone who is working on my credit they are charging $2500 to fix it and get me a$50,000 personal loan of credit. I wanted to know was it hard to do on my own. Or should I pay this guy to do it for me

Hi I’m new to investing and I’ve been doing a lot of research. My question is on analyzing properties. What do I look for walking through a property to decide if I it’s a good deal or not? All responses are needed!
