Maria C Quimpo how are the referred contractors working out for? I’m not exactly at the point to where I need them as soon as possible. I just thought it would be good to start looking now building my team.

Is it worth paying someone to get it for me? My plans are to invest in duplex’s flip my first 2 and rent out my 3rd and 4th one and so on. So I see fit to get a personal line of credit

@Rob L. So I have someone who is working on my credit they are charging $2500 to fix it and get me a$50,000 personal loan of credit. I wanted to know was it hard to do on my own. Or should I pay this guy to do it for me
