There is a fairly new broom by one of the toilets ... Maybe it didn't have instructions that came with it ?!? Can't wait to see what you do with the place ... "One mans trash is another's treasure !" Make it shine !

@Randy Beadles Thanks ! I didn't know that !

You can :

1-ask the landlord if he/she will break the lease

2-if not number 1, then maybe you can buy your way out of the lease for a small (hopefully) fee

3-pray they move

Depends on what sort of a person that they are in my opinion. I personally want my tenants to be happy so I would consider helping if I was the landlord.

A house that I'm working on has Anderson casement windows. About 8 of the panes on different windows have some "fog" in them. Question is : Can I have these fixed somehow versus window replacement ? They are pretty big windows = approx 3 1/2' by 4 1/2" so I know they will be expensive to replace. Any advice WBMA (would be much appreciated !) --> don't know if this one exists or not. If not, you saw it here first !! Thanks in Advance.

Consider changing the shutters to white - either paint or replace. Add a wreath / decoration to the left (in the photo) of the window on the porch - something light colored. Frame out the posts on the porch and paint white. Definitely add some flower,etc color as mentioned. Nice looking place !
