Thanks gentlemen. My partner is also interested in the flip-flip-hold method that Bob mentioned, so I may employ that in tandem with the BRRRR method.

Unfortunately my wife isn't interested in the concept of house hacking and doesn't feel comfortable having our own tenants as neighbors, so that's off the table for me. Otherwise I would've loved to get an FHA for a 4-plex or something.

Do either of you have  contacts in the Tampa Bay/Clearwater area?

Hey guys,

I'm 25 years old and starting with $50k from a very successful flip. This was also  my very first flip, so I'm still inexperienced. I'm willing and able to keep flipping but I'm more interested in more passive investing.

How can I take this cash and scale myself to 30 units in the next 3 years?

Thanks!
