@Jay Helms  Harris County is a great place for the rental market.  Families move to this county because of the school system.  There are not enough doors for the # of renters.  However, when properties come up then people jump on them and don't last long.

Columbus GA has a lot of renters also, due to Ft. Benning.  There are more multi family opportunities in that market.
