@Cory O'Dell when I served in the Marines 87- 91. There was a guy in my unit that would loan shark money to use ! He was married with a kid which lived at home with his parents! I don't particularly remember how much I used to make when I got paid every two weeks because that was a lifetime ago all's I know is he met three times as much as we did. Things to change in the military acronyms change .

@Adam Odom thats right a active duty persons check can be garnished ! Also keep in mind when they're married and have children they get a BEQ allowance which can more than triple there regular pay

wow I'm new ! I haven't done a deal yet ? but I would like to say this to even one ! try to treat people the way you want to be treated ! I know this is a crazy concept for some because you think you and only you should be treated special and everyone else can suck it but man. the underlying bitterness and anger in your messages is because you get what you put out into the universe!!!! Also just FYI the women you all think is a Looney Tune ! if you had a discussion with her some of your beliefs and ideologies she might feel the same way about you ! Kindness is not weakness! never put off till tomorrow what you can do today ! good tenants are hard to find! And Finally SOME OF YOU REALLY NEED THIS ONE ! TRY TO HUG ANOTHER PERSON ONCE A DAY OTHER THEN YOUR FAMILY ( and don't be a pervert about it)

if you have the time there is enough free content on YouTube to give you a really good idea of how to start you don't need to go to one of those seminars I've watched almost everything of Cody sperber the clever investor and I'm about halfway through most of the stuff I found for BiggerPockets it's helped me tremendously best of luck to you
