Hello,
Looking for insight of affordable accounting and business software for a start up company - covering everything that's needed in running a successful business in todays market. Hopefully someone can help - looking for something that has all of these capabilities and more in one program. (I'm sure I'm missing some, just looking to set my business up to succeed. Trying to limit any subscriptions to a minimum as I build a steady flow of income.
Looking for the most efficient and affordable way to do all this remotely from my home office as possible, until I can hire someone to help with this part.
Anything out there that has a one time payment for all the necessities & and the option to pay for upgrades without loosing capability of all the other stuff, if I decide not to upgrade for a few years (looking for something I don't have to pay to access every month, depending upon the flow of business.
Again, really trying to limit the expense of multiple different softwares or programs. Hoping theres something out there that has an All in One style and not as expensive as the leading Accounting softwares out there now (quickbooks, freshbooks, xero, etc) - If any of these are your suggestions, then please let me know why, so I can make an honest decision if I truly want to spend that type of money down the road.
Tracking accounts payable/receivables, generating proposal/invoices that can be electronically signed, approved and immediately returned to me. Financial statements of Balance sheets, profit/loss, cash flow.
Project time tracking (can also use towards accurately capturing payroll)
Bank & credit card transactions, online payment capability
mobile app friendly, cloud storage option, scalable.
PDF friendly documents - without the Adobe subscription
Docusign friendly - without the docusign subscription
Trying to limit the exposure/time the client has to access the proposal and make a decision. Like making it time sensitive/password friendly to open and view & sign. Trying to limit the client from downloading & sending it off to other companies for price comparison. Sure, I understand they can take a picture of it, but at least it eliminates much of the privacy problem.
Really looking for a way to keep this expense low without cutting out quality - to stream line the administration portion of my general contracting/real estate business from home.
I'm open to all options, suggestions, opinions, and words of advise. Always looking for mentors and building relationships/friendships!
Thanks in advance!
