I've been reading listening and really researching about this business. I'm ready to buy my first buy and hold.I have a few books on my table and recently got the new great deals by Anson Young. heres the problem i had family members come over and see these books and ask what they are about and as soon as they heard what i want to to do i got the same answer. you cant do that why would you want to do that and you cant do that in this area this state is not good for flipping> even when i had all the answers by the time they left i was so mad. I never told anyone about my adventure into this and this is the reason . Has anyone got the same result with telling there family. im still not going to give up on this adventure just sucks that i got no support from family. I do live in upstate ny in the 518 area and there is so many oppurtunity here.

Im looking to get a LLC in New york (518 area). does anyone know of a good one> i looked on legal zoom and was going to cost 150 for there services and then 210 for new york fee. i dont know if thats what its cost> does anyone have knowledge of price.

i, looking to buy my first flip in upstate ny  if theres anyone in this area that knows of a good llc company and hard money loan company. iwould love to hear from you. i dont want to lose this good deal i came across Thanks BP community 

I'm proably going to rent it out. i have an aunt that is in need for a place to rent is it really a good idea to rent to family?

Hey I'm looking for advice I'm thinking of moving in with my girlfriend and i own a house of my own.

When i bought the house I had bad credit and got a 40 yr loan (i know not good). the house has a inlaw apartment upstairs not redone. i was thinking i could get rid of house save for a rental property while living with girlfriend or refinance house then rent it out. Any suggestions ?
