Should I rent it out or sell it
Hey I'm looking for advice I'm thinking of moving in with my girlfriend and i own a house of my own.
When i bought the house I had bad credit and got a 40 yr loan (i know not good). the house has a inlaw apartment upstairs not redone. i was thinking i could get rid of house save for a rental property while living with girlfriend or refinance house then rent it out. Any suggestions ?
