I'd like to know some BP'ers advice and success stories on postcards vs. yellow letters. I am making my first postcards order with reSimpli and @Ray Lai has been very helpful and supportive. Any feedback is appreciated.

Attention East Bay, Solano County, Contra Costa County, All the way out to Sacramento, CA:

Calling anyone looking for properties in Northern California / Bay Area please leave your contact info as I have a large campaign that is due to hit several hundred properties and potentially get under contract. If you're interested in any future deals please reach out. We are currently marketing towards Yolo, Solano, Contra Costa, Alameda and surrounding counties. Our campaign is expanding so we want to increase our cash buyers to keep up with the demand. I look forward to building more buyers and connections!

Thanks

-Kevin P.

@Michael Kirkwood We was just talking about doing things differently. We have to master basics, but be a genius when it comes to originality. The letter content has a lot to do with it too. We will figure it out, the thing that'll separate our thought process is, direct mail isn't dead.

One reason direct mail isn't dead is because people receive mail EVERYDAY!!! So find a way to make them open your letter, read it, and respond. Lol. We gonna get it to pop, learning process.
