Post: Selling a property with existing airbnb bookings

@Conor Meehan it’s not possible to transfer an Airbnb listing from one owner to another. I would recommend creating a new listing and blocking out the dates that are already booked, and then having seller and buyer co-host the existing bookings on the sellers account.

But all those reviews, be positive or negative will be posted to the main Airbnb account. Though there is some risk of a negative review the only alternative really, is cancelling those listings and asking guests to rebook with the new listing. However that will come at the cost of having your super host status removed for a year.

@Frank Patalano

Knowing there’s so much I don’t know, and afraid I’ll overpay/overlook something and end up worse off.

Appreciate the input @James Wise and @Brian G.. Good thought on the 2-4 unit being residential vs the 5plex being commercial. Appreciate it!

Been searching for my first real estate purchase for a few months.

Would you recommend a first time investor like myself go with more of a turnkey small multi family or try a BRRRR on my first property? Am I crazy to try a BRRRR on my first purchase? I don't have a background in construction. The best way to learn something though is to do it. Thoughts? Advice?
