Hello BP Community!

Thanks for another great meetup last month! Every month we are getting new faces and new business. The next Meetup will take place on August 7th, 2019 @ 7pm.

The goal of this meeting is to connect like-minded people, learn about the thing we all love (Real Estate), and to fill some empty bellies with pizza. With this being said, all guests who want to be involved in Real Estate are welcome!

Thanks for another great meetup last month! Every month we are getting new faces and new business. The next Meetup will take place on July 10th, 2019 @ 7pm.

People often ask how I fund my deals. My answer is that it varies on the deal! Some deals, I use my own money. Other deals, I use soft money or private money. I have had the most success with private money because of the lower rates and flexibility of terms.

This month, Jeremiah Dalton of Suffolk County Home Buyers (and long time member of our group) will tell us everything we need to know about private lending!  Bring questions :)

Hey @Matthew Buckshaw !   The meeting is a general real estate meetup, not just about construction.  Every month a new topic is discussed for about 30 minutes.  The rest of the meetup revolves around networking.
