Great news!   A venue has been decided along with a date.  We will have our first meeting at the Great South Bay Brewery on Wednesday March 29th @ 7pm.  I will be sending out emails to everyone this week.  My goal is do make this a monthly networking event that will be held on the last Wednesday of each month. 

Hello BP Community,

I have been working with a couple of friends, who attended Albany University, on purchasing rental properties near the University.  I am going to be up in Albany the weekend of March 3rd-5th and would like to meet with others in the area who invest/manage/construct etc.  If anyone has an any experience with student housing or lives in the Albany area feel free to reach out!  Thanks for any help.
