After all the research, books, and podcasts, today I had my first offer accepted for a property! It needs a little work but I think I got a great deal, and plan on making it a BRRRR property and holding it for years to come! Good location, and good price. I'm excited! Any tips? Thanks everyone

Hello everyone, I am a new investor, and new to the game of real estate. Although as many of us have, I have dont a lot of research, read the books, listened to the podcasts, and as of today I made an offer on my first potential rental! 

I would love to talk and learn from anyone and look forward to what the future holds! 

I have put in an offer on a property, it is my first potential property, needs some work but regardless, if everything comes into place, how soon would you recommend going into a second property, and any advice on the first property. it will be a rental. Thanks so much everyone and good luck
