I have put in an offer on a property, it is my first potential property, needs some work but regardless, if everything comes into place, how soon would you recommend going into a second property, and any advice on the first property. it will be a rental. Thanks so much everyone and good luck

Congratulations on your first potential property. I hope the process goes smoothly for you and that it's only the first of many.
