Depending on where you are located and what work you have planned for this house, consider any applicable building codes as well. There may be structural components that have to be upgraded. Whether they are in satisfactory condition at this point or not. These are matters best answered by your local building department.

You MAY also be able to install Flood Vents. Your path on what will work best does depend on the Local Code.

Hello all. I’m looking for a Town of Poughkeepsie, NY licensed plumber to install an entirely new plumbing system (tankless water heater, kitchen, laundry & bath plumbing and waste), as well as a soon to be installed gas line (Utility Co running it to the premise) in a single-family flip.

All walls will be open and all mechanicals (with the exception of the waste lines) are being moved to the 1st floor. Any recommendations are appreciated.

Stay well and stay safe...

I have a gut job coming up in about 4 weeks. Does anyone know of a plumber in the Poughkeepsie, NY area who can handle replacing all of the mechanicals and completing the rough in/finish of this project?

Potential fix & flip in Dutchess County, NY. I’m pretty sure I know what caused these holes, but maybe I’m wrong?  Any idea?
