Start with AJ Osborne’s podcast and recent book on creating wealth in Storage. There are several other really experienced storage investors here on BP. Add Storage to your BP key word alerts and you will start seeing them. All the best to you 

I have found a minimum of 10% for MF with hard money or bridge loans and am discovering that with an SBA 7A loan for Storage you need 10% with only 5% coming from you and the rest can be from investors. 

I started listening to 8-10 hrs a week, now I’m at about 4-5 hrs (workout and drive time). My fav is BP and recently Self Storage Income with AJ Osborne which has been a great inspiration.
