I am looking for Lenders who will do Purchase or Refi loans as low as $50k at 80-90% LTV.

Specifically in both Detroit, MI and Cleveland, OH.

    Hey Kevin, ME TOO! I find that $50k is the sweet spot for a great rental property both in Detroit and Cleveland but all or should I say most have mins. If you do come across any please share with me their information, thanks

    Higher the LTV the Higher the Interest rates, at 90% LTV the rates would be sky-high.

    I have an amazing contact at Huntington bank that can do loans 50k and below with wonderful rates.
