Welcome Levi!  Glad you found Bigger Pockets.  Short answer - nope.  Do not give Morris Invest any money; you'll lose it like so many of us did.

Clayton Morris and company took money for repairs to my rental's roof, but then I found out a year later that repairs were never done... I personally wouldn't listen to anything that Clayton says.  Replace the roof when it needs to be replaced - not after some magic number.

Thanks for sharing Brian. Your story is very similar to mine... Except I didn't get sued by the Marion County Health Department; my timelines and the people are the same... It's very sad that others continue to get hurt.

Given the possibility of collecting was very low - I took the same approach as you, throwing good money after bad wasn't worth pursuing, so I sold at a big loss and chalked this one up as a big learning experience.

Clayton's promises to fix the problems and make it right never came to fruition. I spoke with him on the phone several times, but after three or four - I gave up.

It's just east of 65, south of Raymond st - rent is currently $750/mo.

Hi there - I'm completely new here, but I have a rental property in Indianapolis that I purchased turn-key. While it's been producing income for the past year and a half, I have reasons to believe that the property manager is lying to me . . . I don't think the tenant is in the property anymore, but I'm in need of an urgent transition.

Some research on the forum leads me to believe that these are good contenders - PARC property group, Alpine Capital Solutions, Pinnacle Investment Properties, FS Houses.  Are there any that I should definitely consider . . . or avoid?
