It didn't start at 6 am in the morning thats for sure because the paint did not match the existing ceiling .You can tell that they tried to cover it up because my ceiling also have a pattern and they tried to mimic it with brush strokes. The pipe is a bout 1.5 inches in diameter . it might not look like its a size of a dime from the bottom nut if you go from the top i could tell that the damage has made it through the ceiling.

Ive spoken to a couple people and they said its probably from the rubber surrounding the vent pipe.

Goodmorning fellow BP members!

So yesterday was my daughters birthday party and as I was sticking the balloons to the ceilings I noticed a discoloration on the paint and what it seems like a water damage on my ceiling . Upon my further investigation I notice that whoever did the renovation tried to hide the damage instead of fixing it! I use the VA on it so I paid for a inspector and also the VA people also came to check it out and sadly they missed this spot (among other things ). please see attachments and see if you guys know where the leak is coming from and let me know if its a easy fix. thank you!

Do I have a case or able to claim this damage or do i need to fix it and it has to come out my own pocket????

Goodmorning / Goodafternoon every one! My name is Kevin and I'm a new member of BP.

A little about me! I'm 28 years old, married and have wonderful 2 year old daughter, I'm currently an active service member of the US Army and is currently station in Fort Benning GA. So far I have 2 properties and closing on my second one. I'm currently using the VA loan benefits to purchase my properties.

I'm new to the Investment world and I have little knowledge about the VA Loan benefits but feel free to ask me a any question and I would gladly answer them for you if I know the answer.

I guess my first question would be.... is anyone familiar or an expert of the VA benefits !! if so please help a brother out!!

MAHALOS.
