I appreciate that! i called the city and this property cannot be re zoned. Zoning was new to me till i saw this deal and had this thought to do this. Learned why nobody else has gotten it yet. Thank you!

I have a potential deal. It’s a duplex on 3 acres of land. Duplex is 100% remodeled already and isn’t a very big house. Thinking of buying this house and then building on the land around it. How do I go about finding out local city regulations for this and evaluate the deal? They’re asking 499,500. Thanks!
