Robert Ross Denman has been really great. He's with RPM (Real Property Management) and Ryan Mullin from FS Houses have a great reputation. I currently work with Robert and he really knows the market and looking forward to working with Ryan Mullin.

@Dolce Deodato

@Eloisa Gil Villafuerte @Mike Reynolds

Stay far, far away from this Company. I made the mistake of using their services. They are extremely unprofessional and have lied to me multiple times. They do not know the meaning of "Management" as they think taking pictures twice a week means management. They were months over the timeline, and promises that were made to me were not delivered. After the projects were finally finished, the inspector came in and address problems well over $5k. I've contacted them for months to get them to finish the job I paid for them to do and they promised every week that they would go and perform it.

Very expensive lesson learned. I've talked with MULTIPLES investors afterwards and they say the same. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Looking for my next market and I've been seeing some FB post about Senna Home Buyers.

Want to just reach out to the community to see if anyone has done any deals with them?

Any feedback will be helpful.  Thanks in Advance!

Post: Can I use my Traditional IRA to buy Investment Properties?

Hello Everyone,

After doing some research, I've learned that an individual is allowed to take out a maximum of $10,000 from your Self Directed IRA to purchase your first home without any penalties. Of course this would mean that I would have to pay taxes on the funds withdrawn.

However, would this apply for a property that wouldn't be my primary residence? I am thinking about using a portion of my Traditional IRA for a down payment on an investment property outside my state. Is this possible?

Thank you everyone. Really appreciate any and all advice I can get.

$700-850k

So is there ever a "right" time ti buy in Ca?  I do feel like its an equity play, and the housing market is always going to go back up.  So from my perspective, I should move forward.  Just would feel a whole lot better if people agreed :)
