Hi BP,

I put a SFH under contract in mid February, however, given the state of the world, should I move forward with the deal? Or is it best to wait a little until the corona virus passes and invest afterwards when things are a little cheaper?

Thoughts anyone?

Update,

I spoke with the turnkey company and they are offering to fix everything that concerned me in the inspection. That being said, as long as everything is fixed should I move forward with the deal? I feel good about the numbers, but am unsure if I should be conserving cash because of the corona virus.......

Thoughts?

@Pat L. @Geoffrey Schnake It's always 5 o clock somewhere is getting a lot earlier in the day for me as well.

It is nice to hear everyone's positive perspectives which is breath of fresh air. It is so much better than the news which feels like a constant barrage of negativity, panic, and impending doom.

I think it's safe to say that everyone will take a financial hit of some sort, but it could be WAY worse.

Hang in there everyone!

These are crazy times! I am a teacher in Southern California and school is (likely) done for the year, so I've had the past week to work from home.

I'm 31 years old and had asthma as a child, so I'm a little concerned about getting seriously ill from corona virus.

I am also worried about the economy toppling. Worried about losing my job and my tenants paying their rent. All in all, I will survive this economically, it just may set me back a year or two on my investment and financial goals.

Trying to stay positive, but finding it hard amongst everything that is going on in the world.

Your thoughts on the state of the world BP!?

Lesson learned!

@Michael Noto just the turnkey company

@Bryan O.I am going to push for getting the EM back. But a 1k lesson learned would not be the worst thing in the world. Lesson learned about the contract

@David Avetisyan thanks for the help! I’ve asked for the repairs, and good point about the re-inspection. I’ll need to ask for that too. I certainly hope that they will do the right thing here.
