@Thomas FranklinI did attend a REIA meeting a few months ago, it did fell like a sells pitch to sell their items. However I did meet a few people in the area including one contractor. So that was a plus, I have my mind set to attend one meeting a month if not more.

Well I haven't made any deal's but one of my goals is to purchase at least three properties before 12/31/2016. I love the mobile home park & mobile home park, so that what I have been researching. Right now I am setting up my legal business name which should be complete in a 2-3 weeks. I will be looking for a mentor that has done mobile home park deals or mobile home deals local to me. Still learning but I feel if I don't get out in the field I wont use the little knowledge learned already. Looking forward to meeting lots of people in this industry local and far. If anyone can recommend any local investor groups in Columbia, SC please chime in.
