I have a property I'm interested in for 54k and the seller is willing to do seller finance, so I would like to know what will be a good way to structure this deal. Downpayment? Interest? The property has offers for rental for $950. This will be my first investment property if I do get it. Thanks for the advice in advance.

Thanks for all the information. I haven't spoken to a lender as yet. I was looking for more deals with owner financing, because they seem to come with better terms. I'm not looking to buy directly in Orlando because the price tags for properties here I feel are overpriced.

I have recently saved up 40k and I'm looking for a multifamily property that I can acquire with a 40k down payment. I travel to Norway a lot so I would need a manager in place. I'm also interested in a joint venture to acquire a bigger multifamily property but everything needs to make sense. Need some advise.

Has anyone build a multifamily property out of containers? I have found a lot of land in my area that is cheap. Does anyone have any advice on building a structure like this a renting it out.

Jeremy Hunter, I'm actually looking for C class properties in B neighborhoods. I listen to bigger pockets podcast every morning on my way to work and I take in a lot of knowledge. I'm willing to work for a mentor for free just so I can shadow whomever that person might be..

Hello, I have been reading countless books and I've watched countless videos about apartment investing. I've recently moved from Norway to Orlando,Florida. My question is should I start flipping homes on the outer parts of Orlando to build up more capital? My ultimate goal is to own multifamily properties for passive income. Any advice is very welcomed.
