I'm sure there will be pro and cons with this. I'm sure if you could buy the loan, the first thing you would want to do is your due diligence on the borrower. I'm new the note investing, so it seemed like a way for someone with less cash to get into something like this. Doesn't necessarily have to be only cars. Possibly boats, or different items people finance.

I'm not sure if there's a market for this or if this even exists. Let me know.

Hey chase Thompson, I tried sending you a pm but for some reason it's kicking me off the app every time I try to.

Thanks for the response. I actually listen to NoteMBA already. I have searched Meetup and I haven't found any groups for this particular topic. I reached out to Robert woods this morning.

Yes we only have one container home in Tampa,Florida and it's really impressive. The company that made this 2500 sqft home sold it for 250k.. the same company quoted me 90k to build a home out of a container. My question is if they are selling it to me at that price I wonder how much it realistically cost them to build..

I'm actually really interested in the container home and tiny homes but it doesn't seem like they can be considered to be affordable. I have 5 acre of land that I bought and I wanted to build some affordable properties either from containers or just simply tiny homes and rent them out. It seems like it makes way better sense to buy existing building.

I would say build a tiny home but then again builders are charging ridiculous prices for these so called tiny homes. Unless you can find someone that can build it at a good price.
