@William Robison I really appreciate the feedback and what you've suggested makes complete sense regarding internet reviews. Self-reviews and abnormally disgruntled customers can certainly sway ratings. Sounds like from you @Lee Ripma and @Matt K. having a comprehensive understanding of their business model and if it jives with what you're trying to accomplish is critical. Knowing this will help to establish expectations when talking with different PMs. Thanks for the help!

Hello BP- Making some progress towards landing my first deal in KC! Curious to learn of any reputable PMs in the area. Looking through old threads and haven’t found any names that investors have really been pleased with. Through a google search I found Midwest Properrty Resources to have a solid track record. Hoping someone can validate the google reviews or perhaps offer another name that has performed well for them. Thanks!! Kevin E.

@Lee Ripma I'm running into the same problem. Thanks for sharing your perspective and property (not quite there but probably the closest to cash flowing I've seen yet). I'm not limiting myself to any specific area. If everything went as planned, I wouldn't be in the property for more than a year. Looking OOS as well but have not given up hope for HH in SD just yet..

Hello BP Community- I’m new to Investing and to BP. I’ve been reading and listening to countless podcasts over the past few months and and have determined that my initial plunge into real estate should be via a house-hack. The benefits offered by this strategy can’t be matched for a green investor...or at least that’s what I’m hearing. My problem, like so many others, is with finding a deal in an extremely hot market like San Diego. Does anyone know a good realtor with investor experience in the SD market? Thanks!
