Nyala,

I would recommend Dale Donovan she has 30 plus years in commercial real estate and sits on the National Board for KW Commercial, the commercial division of Keller Williams Realty.

Plus, she has mentored me and many other agents to top selling positions.

Her number is 1 407 491 0005, tell her I recommended her to you.

Whatever you decide to do, talk to more than one agent.

Good Investing,

Kevin

Damian,

As a broker and investor I feel your pain, it never ceases to amaze me that agents have million dollar listings but fifty cents in common courtesy. It happens to me too and I bring mult-million dollar buyers to agents on a regular basis. So much for my rant as well :-)

I apologize for my industry for not doing a better job teaching the soft skills to agents, especially commercial agents. Relationships should come first but sadly many agents only consider the commission.

My guess is that the agent has had several offers, by the MF class being so hot right now, still not an excuse, but it may be an explanation. And the lack of customer service skills is probably why she is not well known.

Again, my apologies!

Chris,

Put yourself in the shoes of your brother, while you may be brings the knowledge of RE to the deal, he's bring the means to make it happen, the cash. I would set the deal up this way: if your going to hold the asset from 10yrs, let you brother receive more of the profit throughout the 10yr holding period to repay his 20% and then propose a equitable split at the time of sale. (Something, kind like what Chris S mentioned)

Keep in mind that the resale may or may not be higher when you decide to sell later, I would recommend, among other things, that you understand the classes and types of apts before you purchase and look at what they are selling for historically, if you know you want to use a resale as an exit. Please keep in mind a very universal sales principle, you make money when you buy not when you sell.

Happy Investing!

I'm looking for investors who want to purchase any of the following: 2 quads, 1 six unit complex, or a 10 unit complex.

Please let me know if you have any interest. Each is above 90% occupied.

Thank you for your interest in advance

After browsing the internet for two days their seems to be no shortage of experts on the note business.

Could someone direct me to a good beginners book, class, or resources in the note business?

I am a commercial real estate agent and want to get started investing in notes as a secondary source of income.

Thank you for your help in advance!
