Broker / Property Manager

It baffles me that a Broker and Property Manager can show such lack of interest in showing their listing, even after I provide my credentials, and a letter of approval from my lender. The property was a small 24 unit, but the agent didn't have anything else, and is not a well known broker, or one that is seemingly busy with bigger deals. I was early for the appointment and dressed in a suit. She was late and rude. I don't know how she stays in business with that attitude.  Even if I don't know my potential buyers or clients, I show them respect and make sure I give them the common courtesy that anybody should get. Sorry for the rant. I just don't know why you'd be rude to a potential client or customer.

Anybody else have to deal with Brokers or Agents that don't seem to represent their client in a good light?
